Job summary

Triage Partners, LLC is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Field Operations Specialist to balance inventory management with on-site field work supporting fiber network builds.

You will unload shipments, stock materials for contractors, perform QC inspections in the field, and help resolve installation issues while coordinating with Conexon and customers as needed. This role requires lifting up to 100 lbs and independent work with reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics work.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs and work outdoors in heat, cold, and rain.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational skills and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Unload semi-trucks and receive incoming shipments.
• Be on-site to receive deliveries and distribute stock to contractors.
• Manage inventory with accurate counts and records.
• Conduct quarterly inventory audits.
• Perform QC inspections in the field and assist with installations.
• Troubleshoot issues with contractors and resolve on-site problems.
• Meet regularly with Conexon representatives and handle escalations professionally.
