The role requires 2+ years in telecom field inspection, knowledge of DMARC, MPOE/MPOP, and safe electrical practices, with emphasis on accurate reporting and coordination with building management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years telecom, OSP/ISP, or field inspection experience.
• Basic understanding of fiber networks and telecom infrastructure.
• Ability to read site layouts and document field conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
• Experience with fiber deployments (FTTH, enterprise).
• Familiarity with permitting and utility coordination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess customer locations for fiber installation readiness.
• Identify and document DMARC, MPOE/MPOP, and Telco room location; capture photos.
• Complete standardized survey templates and reports.
• Verify power, grounding, and environmental conditions in the site.
• Assess pathway and conduit from entry to equipment location.
• Assess external infrastructure and rights-of-way for fiber routing.
• Deliver clear survey reports with deficiencies and recommended actions.
