Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Telecommunications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fiber optic construction, splicing, testing, maintenance, and restoration.
• 2+ years supervising or leading field personnel.
• Fully bilingual (Spanish - English).
• Ability to express written and verbal thoughts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks to fiber technicians.
• Ensure safety procedures (OSHA and NESC) are followed.
• On-call duty for fiber repairs and restoration.
• Prepare detailed work prints and BOMs for projects.
• Provide budgetary and weekly production reports.
• Lead contractors and inspect work as needed.
