Forged Fiber 37 Services, LLC in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Field Support Administrator (FSA) to plan, coordinate, and support OSP fiber deployment projects. This role demands collaboration with Field Operations, Engineering, and contractors to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery in a hybrid Las Vegas setting.

The candidate should have 4+ years in OSP/ISP construction or project coordination, familiarity with FTTx/GPON, and full right to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 4+ years in OSP/ISP construction, engineering support, or project coordination.
• Experience with fiber deployments (FTTx, GPON) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of underground, buried, and aerial fiber construction; engineering prints and specs.
• Travel availability 30-40% and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Field Operations and contractors to plan, execute, and restore OSP fiber projects.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through invoicing and completion.
• Ensure activities align with timelines, scope, and company standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify quality of work.
• Review and ensure compliance with engineering designs, specs, and safety standards.
• Assist with tracking project costs and reporting risks and issues.
• Maintain accurate project records in applicable systems.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and escalate as needed.
• Ensure work complies with USDA RUS standards and Forged Fiber requirements.
