Job summary

TDS Telecommunications LLC is seeking a Drop Installation Technician I to install fiber optic drop facilities in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This position requires the individual to live within a 60-minute commute to our local warehouse. Responsibilities include performing construction labor, assisting technicians, and ensuring safety standards in all installations.

The ideal candidate should be able to meet physical job demands and maintain a valid driver’s license. This role includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid driver's license and DOT eligibility.
• Ability to obtain a Class A CDL, with training provided.
• Experience with construction tasks and landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor and assist field technicians.
