1 - 4 years in fiber/telecom design or related technical work
Associate's degree or technical certification in drafting, telecom or GIS. Equivalent experience considered
Solid understanding of fiber network design principles: route planning, splice architecture, and fiber counts
Proficiency with fiber/OSP design platforms and supporting CAD/GIS tools
Strong attention to detail for validating design data and identifying discrepancies
Ability to manage multiple design assignments and meet project deadlines
