Job summary

Pavlov Media Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate the deployment of our fiber and data solutions, working with Engineering, Logistics, NOC, and Field Operations to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

We require a bachelor’s degree (4+ years) with PMP preferred; travel is required. Based in Dallas with HQ in Champaign, IL, you will partner with cross-functional teams. Salary range $65,000–$125,000 annually plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; 4+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare status reports and change orders.
• Ensure invoices and pay requests align with project progress.
• Lead kickoff meetings and project closeouts
