Responsibilities

Create and process purchase orders for construction, field operations, and related materials.
Obtain vendor quotes and evaluate pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery options.
Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, track deliveries, and resolve backorders or shortages.
Monitor open purchase orders and help expedite critical materials when needed.
Support inventory planning by tracking stock levels, usage trends, and supplier lead times.
Partner with Construction, Field Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounting teams to ensure material needs are met.
Maintain purchasing documentation and procurement records.
Assist with invoice, receiving, quantity, pricing, and delivery discrepancies.
Track and manage company inventory across warehouses, staging locations, and third-party storage facilities.
Research alternative products and suppliers to support business needs.
Preparing reports related to purchasing activity, material availability, and supplier performance.
Identifying and escalating potential material shortages, delivery risks, or supplier concerns before they affect operations.
