Responsibilities

• Manage fiber cement siding projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, subcontractors, materials, and site logistics.
• Ensure field installations meet quality standards, manufacturer requirements, and codes.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor production, safety, and schedule performance.
• Identify installation issues and develop practical solutions before impact.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and manage closeout.
