Next Level Technician is seeking a Commercial Low Voltage Cable Technician to install Cat6 and fiber optics in commercial and data center environments. The role involves reading blueprints, sizing and routing cables, and ensuring high standards of reliability and safety on every project.

Flexible travel to job sites around Kings George, VA is required. We offer weekly pay, competitive hourly wages of $20–$25 based on experience, and benefits including PTO and medical coverage.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in commercial or data center environments.
• Cat6 and fiber optic cabling installation experience (pre-terminated preferred).
• Familiarity with LC and MPO connectors; strong telecom/data network knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Install Cat6 network cabling and pre-terminated fiber optic cables in commercial and data center environments.
• Work with LC and MPO fiber connectors for high-performance connectivity.
• Dress and organize cables using proper wire management techniques, including cable trays and ladder racks.
• Rack and stack network switches, servers, and other network hardware.
• Label cables and components for clear documentation.
• Read layouts, network diagrams, and technical blueprints.
• Ensure work meets industry standards for quality, reliability, and safety.
