Job summary

National OnDemand, Inc. is seeking technicians to install, service and troubleshoot broadband technology in customers' homes across its footprint. Join a safety-focused team with weekly meetings and strong compensation tied to performance.

Technicians receive company-provided tools, meters and tablets, plus paid onsite training. Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics or tight spaces in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Field experience helpful; ability to use basic installation and hand tools.
• Experience with Fiber Optics installs is a plus.
• Self-motivated and reliable.
• Willingness to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Willingness to submit to a criminal background check.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-hire drug screen.
• Current valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Basic Computer Skills.

Responsibilities

• Earn a competitive hourly wage with an unlimited production bonus plan.
• Participate in onsite training to become an expert on broadband cable installation.
• Provide exemplary customer service while installing, servicing, and troubleshooting technology in customer homes.
• Control income by the number of jobs completed.
