Job summary

National OnDemand, Inc. is hiring technicians to install, service, and troubleshoot broadband cable systems in customer homes across its service areas.

You will participate in on-site training to become an expert and take ownership of customer service quality and job completion outcomes. Official duties include performing installations and maintenance, aligning with safety protocols, and driving performance through the number of jobs completed.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Field experience is helpful and ability to use basic installation and hand tools.
• Experience with Fiber Optics installs a plus.
• Self-motivated and willing to work in all types of weather.
• Willingness to submit to a criminal background check.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-hire drug screen.
• Current valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic Computer Skills.
