Job summary

Lighthouse Technologies seeks a Telecom Cable Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day field operations for technicians and contractors. The role demands proactive leadership, organization, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction, with travel and travel expenses fully covered.

The supervisor will manage field operations, maintain MSO relationships, coordinate with local support staff, and ensure safety and performance targets are met.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 years of experience in the cable or related industry.
• Local to Lansing, MI preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in project coordination and time management.
• Knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a nationwide background check and drug screening.
• SCTE or NCTI membership and/or certification preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
• Weekly direct deposit and benefits (health insurance & 401(k)).

Responsibilities

• Supervise local technicians or contractors as assigned by local management.
• Maintain and develop professional relationships with the local MSO.
• Manage day-to-day field operations for your assigned team.
• Coordinate with local support staff and resolve field-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with field-related performance metrics.
• Conduct random safety site inspections to enforce client safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
