This role is a hands-on FIB technician position supporting a semiconductor production fab, where speed, precision, and good judgment are critical. The technician performs FIB cross-sections and SEM imaging to help resolve urgent manufacturing issues, support process and tool qualifications, and provide clear analysis that helps engineering teams make decisions quickly. It is a strong fit for someone who enjoys technical lab work, can adapt to changing priorities, communicates well with engineers and requestors, and is interested in growing into additional advanced failure analysis techniques over time.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $38 to $53. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
