Job summary

You will lead lab operations, track performance metrics, implement workflow improvements, train staff, and collaborate with customers and business units to solve complex metrology challenges. This role requires flexible hours and adherence to safety and IP standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage FIB engineers and technicians in utilizing FIB techniques for semiconductor characterization.
• Lead lab operations management, tracking key metrics and driving workflow improvements.
• Develop and implement new technology and analytical instrumentation to enhance lab capabilities.
• Interact with key customers and BU partners to resolve metrology issues across product lines.
• Manage escalations by addressing urgent issues and coordinating cross-functional teams across shifts.
• Communicate effectively across teams with clear presentations and updated project reviews.
