Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Product Manager, Fiat & FCM, to own end-to-end fiat strategy for the regulated US trading platform, including money-movement infrastructure, fund segregation, and settlement across banks. You will define rails, partner with banks, oversee total funds flow and real-time settlement, and collaborate with global teams across APAC, EU, and US.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in product management with focus on payments infrastructure or regulated trading.
• Experience with payment rails across multiple markets and real-time settlement.
• Proven track record of building and scaling API products for enterprise clients.
• Direct experience with a CFTC/NFA-regulated FCM or similar platform.
• Strong stakeholder management with engineering, legal, compliance, finance, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own fiat funding and withdrawal experience for the FCM platform, including customer fund segregation.
• Define and integrate payment rails (ACH, FedWire, RTP, US) across markets.
• Define API surface for enterprise integrations, including sandbox and onboarding.
• Lead bank partnerships and negotiations for regulated banking relationships.
• Build and optimize global payment infrastructure for fiat access across geographies.
• Drive acceptance rate optimization across card and bank-transfer channels.
• Design dynamic routing logic for payment rails in real time.
• Support institutional on-ramp with segregated accounts and bulk APIs.
