Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in clinical informatics or healthcare data integration.
• Strong experience with HL7 v2, FHIR, CDA/CCD-A, NCPDP; FHIR R4/R5, OMOP.
• Advanced Python and SQL proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Architect FHIR‑compliant data models aligned with IGs, profiles, and internal standards.
• Design data harmonization and enrichment across EHRs, HIEs, and claims.
• Serve as SME for clinical ontologies (SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, RxNorm); define value sets.
• Establish validation frameworks and automated rules to ensure data accuracy and longitudinal integrity.
• Create documentation communicating data design requirements to engineering and stakeholders.
