Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS, IS, or related technical field.
• 5+ years experience in healthcare data architecture or clinical informatics.
• Experience with OMOP, FHIR R4/R5, HL7 v2, CDA/CCD-A, or NCPDP.
• Advanced Python and SQL skills with healthcare data integration.

Responsibilities

• Architect FHIR-compliant data models, ensuring resources align with IGs, profiles, and internal standards.
• Design and implement data harmonization/enrichment strategies for EHRs, HIEs, and claims sources.
• Design, develop, and maintain FHIR-to-OMOP transformation pipelines using dbt and SQL.
• Standardize healthcare data using SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, RxNorm; manage custom value sets.
• Establish validation frameworks and documentation communicating data design to cross-functional teams.
