Motion Industries is seeking an accounting professional to manage asset subledger activities, reconcile accounts, and contribute to period-end close. You will record asset additions and disposals, prepare reconciliations, and provide reporting for depreciable asset accounts while supporting department and field staff.
Typically a bachelor’s in accounting with up to two years of related experience is required; Master’s preferred.
This role records asset additions and disposals in the asset management subledger, closes the subledger monthly, and prepares account reconciliations and reporting for various depreciable asset accounts. Responsibilities include supporting account details and assisting department and field personnel with issues and questions.
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting and zero (0) to two (2) years of related experience. Master’s degree in business, accounting or finance preferred.
Requires normal physical stamina while working in pleasant office surroundings.
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: CPA eligible preferred.
