Americare Certified Special Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Visiting Nurse to provide home health care. This Fee for Service RN role offers a flexible schedule with no night shifts and independence in patient care, supported by office staff.

Requirements include NYS RN license, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and CHHA/home care experience. The position emphasizes patient quality of life and community education to reduce hospitalizations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work closely with patients and families to provide home health care and support.
