Qualifications

• EMT certification is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Previous firefighting experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors and contractors following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and grounds to identify hazards.
• Monitor restricted access, verify credentials, and assist with visitor entry procedures.
• Complete activity logs and incident reports, and communicate with site leadership.
