As an

FF&E Senior Project Manager – Corporate Interiors

As an FF&E Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will hold a critical position within our Midwest Team and will engage in full ownership of the FF&E Strategy for a financial services client. You will utilize your FF&E expertise to facilitate the design process, prepare high level estimates, develop RFP packages, evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate pricing, manage contracts, ensure timely delivery and quality, lead punch walks and address post occupancy/warranty issues. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail and proficiency in project management will be instrumental in delivering high-end Corporate Interior spaces.

Your day to day tasks will include:

• Collaborate with the Project Lead, Architects, Designers and Contractors to ensure seamless integration of FF&E throughout the project
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships, solicit and negotiate contracts, oversee contractor compliance, and ensure timely vendor payment
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance with product design and technical standards
• Maintain project documentation, including specifications, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Travel as needed; providing appropriate level of on-site supervision to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications and regulations
  
  

Education, Skills, And Experience

• 8+ years of post-bachelor’s degree professional experience (REQUIRED)
• Licensed and/or hold an accredited professional degree in Interior Design or Architecture (REQUIRED)
• Experience in managing FF&E budgets ranging from $5M to $15M (REQUIRED)
• Expert knowledge of construction materials, custom millwork and FF&E specifications (REQUIRED)
• Specialized knowledge in procurement processes and strong leadership skills to manage stakeholder and client expectations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end design environment working across multiple scope areas in parallel and on multiple projects
• Ability to manage 10+ active projects at a time
• Proven ability to motivate and manage multiple stakeholder groups, maintain client relationships and manage conflict resolution
• Exceptional time management skills
• Ability to employ creative and innovative thought processes
• Experience working in a global organization with multicultural teams
