CHI Health Midlands in Bellevue, Nebraska, seeks a Sonographer to perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging including obstetric scans, while ensuring patient safety and comfort. You will educate patients, operate equipment, and collaborate with physicians to interpret images.

Qualified candidates will have program enrollment or graduation in sonography, CPR certification, and progress toward registry within 12 months. On-site position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or graduation from a Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Radiology program.
• Progress toward and/or holding relevant ultrasound certifications.
• CPR training and compliance with safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Record detailed ultrasound images of blood, organs, and fetal anatomy.
• Explain procedures to patients and prepare them for scans.
• Adjust equipment and patient positioning to obtain diagnostic quality images.
• Present preliminary findings to physicians and ensure patient safety.
• Maintain equipment and document patient data in medical records.
