Job summary

CHI Health Midlands is seeking a Sonographer to perform high‑quality ultrasound imaging, including fetal assessments, while maintaining patient safety and comfort. Qualifications

• Graduate/ enrolled in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Radiology program
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer or eligibility within 12 months
• Experience with patient preparation and positioning is a plus

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients, explain procedures, and prepare them for scans
• Operate sonographic equipment and adjust settings for diagnostic images
• Monitor patient safety and comfort during procedures
• Select and examine images for pathologies and present preliminary findings to Physicians
• Participate in quality improvement and radiation safety practices
