Conductix-Wampfler in Omaha, NE is seeking festoon assemblers to join our manufacturing team. Candidates should be self-directed, quality-minded, and able to thrive in a team-based environment.

Assembles electrical and mechanical components, reads blueprints, and uses measurement devices to ensure product quality. Must be able to operate drills, impacts, grinder, and basic hand tools as part of the assembly process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• 1–3 years of assembly experience is a plus
• Experience operating drills, impacts, grinder and basic hand tools would be beneficial
• Ability to read blueprints is a plus and reading measurement devices is essential

Responsibilities

• Mechanical assembly of various size structural and electrical components.
• Electrical installations according to wiring specifications.
• Operate necessary tools to aid in the assembly of festoon systems.
• Connects color-coded wires.
• Communicate issues to supervisor or engineer to clarify problems.
• Uphold and promote quality and safety policies and 5S program.
