Job summary

Insomniac Holdings, LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking a Merchandise Booth Cashier to join our Merchandising team. You will ring up customers, follow directions from management, and maintain best practices for the booth and display.

The ideal candidate is comfortable handling cash, delivering friendly service, and keeping accurate inventory throughout festival operations. Prior event merch experience is a plus; travel to event sites is required, and lodging is not provided.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience is required.
• Must have great customer service skills.
• Must be well organized and detail- oriented.
• Basic math and counting skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise purchase transactions.
• Ensure customer is satisfied with product being purchased before completing the transaction.
• Count in all product received.
• Count out all product at the end of the show.
• Help set up merch booth and product displays based on guidance from Insomniac Merch mgmt. team.
• Input the correct products into the cash register or Point of Sale (POS), to ensure accurate inventory is kept
• Provide excellent customer service and relations
• Help maintain booth cleanliness and organization throughout festival or event.
• Follow all safety and theft prevention procedures
• Execute day to day tasks as needed
