Insomniac is seeking a Merchandise Booth Cashier to join the Merchandise team. This role involves ringing up purchases, setting up displays, and maintaining booth organization at festivals and events.

The ideal candidate has cash handling experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment. Travel to events is required, and background checks are required.

Qualifikationen

• Cash handling experience is required.
• Must have great customer service skills.
• Must be well organized and detail-oriented.
• Basic math and counting skills are required.
• General knowledge of live entertainment and Insomniac brands/shows.
• Travel is required to and from work location; lodging is not provided.
• Must successfully pass background check.

Aufgaben

• Handle merchandise purchase transactions. Ensure customer is satisfied with product being purchased before completing the transaction.
• Count in all product received. Count out all product at the end of the show.
• Help set up merch booth and product displays based on guidance from Insomniac Merch mgmt. team.
• Input the correct products into the cash register or Point of Sale (POS), to ensure accurate inventory is kept
• Provide excellent customer service and relations
• Help maintain booth cleanliness and organization throughout festival or event.
• Follow all safety and theft prevention procedures
• Execute day to day tasks as needed
