Qualifications

• Experience in bartending and serving beverages in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy.
• Knowledge of liquor regulations and responsible beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Sets up bars, stocks beer, wine, spirits, garnishes and bar supplies.
• Maintains stock and ensures product quality with proper storage.
• Greets guests, takes orders, and presents drinks following recipes.
• Checks IDs, enforces liquor laws, and handles cash transactions.
• Keeps work area clean and organized and maintains attractive bar displays.
