Job summary

Nitricity in Delhi, California, is hiring a Fertilizer Production Technician II to operate and maintain our on-site nitrogen fertilizer production equipment. You will work rotating 4-on/2-off, starting on the night shift 6:00 pm–6:00 am, with a transition to day shift as the facility comes online.

This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork as we scale our production. Candidates bring 4–6 years of process/chemical experience or an AA/AS in a technical field; strong problem-solving,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus relevant experience or AA/AS with technical discipline.
• Ability to read P&IDs and HMIs; perform first-line troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and wear a respirator.

Responsibilities

• Operate, clean, and maintain reactors, pumps, and absorbers safely.
• Monitor and adjust reactor parameters for efficiency.
• Perform water chemistry analysis and adjust chemical feeds.
