Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; experience may be considered in lieu of education
• 1+ year forklift experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Control equipment to adjust chemical changes and reactions during production
• Review formulation orders for accuracy when receiving and after completion
• Ensure products meet quality and production standards based on demands
• Monitor production blenders to ensure batches run efficiently and on time
• Produce batches of fertilizer in a mixing blender
• Add various materials to batches, sometimes hazardous
• Operate and clean equipment in production (pumps, separator, blender, centrifuge)
• Open and close multiple valves daily
• Operate load-out pumps
• Work from heights
• Model safety by contributing to a safe work environment
