Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a dependable Equipment Operator to help maintain our facilities and operate location equipment safely. You will load and unload trucks, blend fertilizer with automated systems, and ensure accurate paperwork at delivery and loading points.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and prefer experience with agricultural or heavy equipment maintenance and operation. This is a full-time on-site role with safety-focused duties and a team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Agricultural, heavy equipment repair or operator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility, vehicles and equipment to company standards.
• Load and unload trucks safely.
• Operate loaders, forklifts, tractors and location equipment.
• Blend dry and liquid fertilizer with automated systems.
• Load and deliver product to customers and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow safety rules.
