Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Blender Operator to blend, load and unload fertilizer. This role entails operating conveyors, loading railcars and trucks, and maintaining cleanliness in storage and loadout areas.

You will support safety and efficiency in a warehouse/outdoor environment and may operate a company vehicle. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, and the ability to work under pressure; forklift operation is preferred and a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to operate a forklift is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English is required.

Responsibilities

• Blends and loads fertilizer formulations.
• Maintains conveyor systems.
• Unloads railcars and trucks of fertilizer.
• Maintains cleanliness in fertilizer storage and loadout areas.
• Maintains run-off.
• May drive a company vehicle.
• Other work-related duties as assigned by leader.
• Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Reliable and regular attendance is required.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
