Job summary

Schill Grounds Management in Loveland, Ohio, is seeking a Fertilization Technician to lead turf fertilization operations, uphold our high safety standards, and contribute to snow removal during winter months.

This role requires applying fertilizers and pesticides to lawns, trees, and shrubs, performing lawn inspections, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining vehicles and equipment while following company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol test.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment.
• Knowledge of fertilization and pesticides preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fertilizer and pesticide applications according to schedule.
• Weed control, shrub care, and aeration.
• Use proper application techniques meeting ODA standards.
• Perform service calls and lawn inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service and address issues.
• Maintain safety and care for vehicles and equipment.
• Perform snow removal during winter.
• Follow company policies and perform additional duties.
