Schill Grounds Management in Loveland, Ohio, is seeking a Fertilization Technician to lead turf fertilization operations, uphold our high safety standards, and contribute to snow removal during winter months.
This role requires applying fertilizers and pesticides to lawns, trees, and shrubs, performing lawn inspections, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining vehicles and equipment while following company policies.

As a Fertilization Technician, you will lead the turf fertilization operations, upholding our high standards and driving continuous improvement to perform quality work safely. This position will have winter responsibilities with our snow operations team. All employees are expected to carry out the company’s purpose and demonstrate our core values.

Employees performing this job should be able and willing to drive or travel locally, if needed. Schedules for this position may vary and may require flexibility to work extended hours. Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays to participate in snow removal activities. This position will require working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including rain, snow, sun, extreme cold, or heat.
