Responsibilities

1. Lawn Treatment:
   • Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other treatments to lawns.
   • Identify lawn diseases, weeds, and pest issues, and provide appropriate treatment solutions.
2. Customer Service:
   • Interact with customers to understand their lawn needs and provide expert advice.
   • Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
3. Equipment Operation and Maintenance:
   • Safely operate and maintain lawn equipment, including tanks, hose, sprayers and back sprayers.
   • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure it remains in good working order.
4. Documentation:
   • Keep accurate records of services performed, materials used, and customer interactions.
   • Provide reports as required by management.
5. Safety and Compliance:
   • Follow all company safety protocols and regulations.
   • Follow the chemical labels.The Label is the LAW!
   • Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations regarding the application of lawn products.
