Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of the fertilization and plant health care department.
• Grow recurring fertilization revenue and expand the customer base through business development.
• Perform field applications and technical execution during growth.
• Assist with landscape project management when capacity allows.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships for retention.
• Build and oversee a team of technicians as the department scales.
