Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of the newer fertilization and plant health care department to make it your own.
• Grow recurring fertilization revenue and actively expand the customer base through dedicated business development efforts.
• Perform field applications and technical execution during the department's initial growth phase.
• Assist with landscape project management on an as-needed basis when capacity allows.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Build, lead, and oversee a team of additional technicians as the department scales.
