Job summary

Cagwin & Dorward is seeking a Plant Health Care Manager to lead the PHC division, oversee technicians, and ensure delivery of high-quality plant health services across branches. You will drive IPM programs, fertilization plans, and proactive health strategies to meet client needs and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Plant Health Care, Arboriculture, Tree Care, Landscape Maintenance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• ISA Certified Arborist certification preferred; QAL/QAC/TRAQ considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Plant Health Care Technicians.
• Oversee IPM, fertilization, disease management, and preventative treatments.
• Develop treatment recommendations and client-facing consultations.
• Ensure compliance with DPR requirements and safety policies.
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, and inventory for PHC operations.
• Support PHC revenue growth across branches.
