Job summary

Axia Women’s Health is seeking a Registered Nurse-Generalist for our Midwest Fertility Care Center in Carmel, IN. This full-time, on-site role supports office procedures, patient triage, and education, with fertility experience preferred.

The RN will document vitals, collaborate with physicians, and conduct patient teaching, ensuring accurate EMR entries and coordinated care. CPR and Indiana RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Indiana license and CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a medical facility, preferably OB/GYN or Fertility setting.
• Associates degree or higher in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with direct patient care in the office and during in-office procedures and exams.
• Counsels and educates patients on treatment information and follow-ups.
• Follows triage protocols to evaluate patient healthcare needs.
