US Fertility in Fairfax, Virginia, seeks a Fertility RN Coordinator to support fertility patients through coordinated care, counseling, and protocol-driven treatment. This role blends clinical nursing excellence with compassionate patient support.

You will coordinate care under established clinical protocols, educate patients on procedures and injections, schedule treatments after visits, and provide emotional support to patients and families.

Qualifications

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for an Fertility RN Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Fairfax, Virginia.

• Schedule: Every other Saturday and Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Holidays that fall on assigned weekend required
• Compensation: $37 to $42 per hour (commensurate with experience)

In This Role, The Fertility RN Coordinator Will

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of our fertility patients
• Provide patient/couple counseling
• Educate patients on procedures and how to administer injections
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow up visits
• Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications And Skills Include

• IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be provided
• Valid RN license
• Experience working with electronic medical records a must
• High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position
