Job summary
US Fertility in Washington, DC is seeking a Fertility RN Coordinator to join Shady Grove Fertility in Washington, DC. The role requires coordinating patient care, educating on procedures, and scheduling treatments within clinical protocols.
The ideal candidate holds an RN license with at least 1 year of RN experience, IVF/fertility exposure a plus, and strong patient service mindset. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Competitive benefits apply.
Qualifications
- IVF/fertility experience a plus; training will be provided.
- Valid RN license.
- Experience working with electronic medical records is a must.
- High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position.
- Bilingual Spanish will be a plus.
- Women’s Health background or fertility experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, case manage, and treat fertility patients.
- Educate patients on procedures and how to administer injections.
- Schedule treatment after initial and follow-up visits.
- Coordinate patient treatment plans with established clinical protocols.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
