Job summary

Shady Grove Fertility in Washington, DC is seeking a Fertility RN Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on coordinating patient care, educating patients on procedures and injections, and scheduling treatments within established clinical protocols.

You will collaborate with a nationwide network of physicians to deliver compassionate, high-quality fertility care and support patients and their families throughout treatment.

Qualifications

• IVF/fertility experience and women's health background a plus; training will be provided
• Valid RN license
• Experience working with electronic medical records a must
• High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position
• Bilingual Spanish will be a plus
• Women's Health background or fertility experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of our fertility patients
• Educate patients on procedures and how to administer injections
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow up visits
• Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families
