Job summary

US Fertility is seeking a Fertility RN Coordinator to join our Shady Grove Fertility team in Wexford, PA. You’ll coordinate patient care, educate patients, and schedule treatments while supporting a compassionate environment across a national network.

Qualifications

• IVF/fertility experience and background in women’s health; training will be provided.
• Valid RN license is required.
• Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR).
• High level of customer service and being a self-starter are essential.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical RN role.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Women’s health or fertility experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, case manage, and treat fertility patients.
• Educate patients on procedures and injections.
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow-up visits.
• Coordinate patient treatment plans with established clinical protocols.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
