Job summary

US Fertility in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Fertility RN Coordinator to join our team. After training, the role offers one remote day per week, with a schedule Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and a compensation range of $76,000 to $83,000 per year.

You will coordinate care for fertility patients, provide counseling, educate on procedures and injections, and collaborate with clinicians under established protocols.

Qualifications

• IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be provided
• Valid RN license
• Experience working with electronic medical records a must
• High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position
• Bilingual Spanish will be a plus
• Women's Health background or fertility experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of our fertility patients
• Provide patient/couple counseling
• Educate patients on procedures and how to administer injections
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow up visits
• Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for anFertility RN Coordinator to join our team atShady Grove Fertility in Leesburg, Virginia. After being fully trained and passing a chart review, this position will offer one remote day per week.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 2 weekends and 1 to 2 holidays per year in our Fairfax office; After being fully trained and passing a chart review, this position will offer one remote day per week.
• Compensation:$76,000 to $83,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
