Job summary

US Fertility, a national network of fertility centers, seeks a Fertility RN Coordinator to join Shady Grove Fertility in Frederick, Maryland. The role schedules Mon-Fri 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with limited weekends and holidays; after training, one remote day per week.

Compensation ranges $76,000–$83,000 per year, commensurate with experience. You will coordinate patient treatments, educate on procedures and injections, and support families through treatment plans within established clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• RN license required and IVF/fertility experience preferred; training provided
• Experience with electronic medical records is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
• Fertility/women’s health background a plus

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for an Fertility RN Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Frederick, Maryland.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 2 weekends and 1 holiday per year in our Rockville office; After being fully trained and passing a chart review, this position will offer one remote day per week.
• Compensation: $76,000 to $83,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the Fertility RN Coordinator will:

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be provided
• Valid RN license
• Experience working with electronic medical records a must
• High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position
• Bilingual Spanish will be a plus
• Women's Health background or fertility experience a plus
