Job summary

US Fertility is seeking a Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator to join our team in Melville, NY, with floating to New Hyde Park. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with potential weekend/holiday rotations and a competitive compensation up to $110,000 per year.

You will coordinate fertility patient care, monitor treatment plans, and communicate orders and results, while supporting patients and families in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BSN preferred or MSN in nursing.
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients.
• BLS and/or ACLS certification.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education.
• Communicate physician orders and lab results with interpretation and explanation.
• Provide a compassionate environment by supporting patients and their families.
• Document patient care services in patient and department records.
