US Fertility is hiring a Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator at our Midwood location in Brooklyn, NY. The role focuses on coordinating care for fertility patients, monitoring treatment plans, and communicating orders and lab results with accuracy.

You will work with a national network of physicians and care teams to provide compassionate, evidence-based fertility services and support to patients and families. This position is on-site and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• RN required; BSN preferred or master's in nursing
• Current state RN license without limitations required
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients
• BLS and/or ACLS Certification
• Computer proficiency required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team
• Strong customer service and results orientation

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, case manage, and treat fertility patients
• Monitor patients during treatment plans and provide education
• Communicate physician orders, instructions, and lab results with interpretation
• Provide a compassionate environment supporting patients and families
• Document patient care in charts and records
