Job summary

US Fertility in Melville, NY is hiring a Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator to join the Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York Long Island team. The role supports patients through fertility treatment, coordinates care, and collaborates with a nationwide network of physicians.

You will manage a caseload, maintain accurate records, and communicate with clinicians. A valid RN license and IVF experience are preferred, with BSN or higher encouraged; competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• RN license is required with no limitations.
• BSN preferred or Master’s in Nursing.
• Fertility/IVF experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload of fertility patients.
• BLS and/or ACLS certification required.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York Long Islandin Melville, New York and will float to New Hyde Park, New York (Lake Success) .

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, from either 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern Time; with a weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and holiday rotation.
• Compensation: Up to $110,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the Fertility RN Nurse Coordinatorwill:

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education
• Communicate physician orders and instructions, as well as laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• RN required; BSN preferred or Master's degree in nursing
• Current state RN license without limitations required
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients
• BLS and/or ACLS Certified
• Computer proficiency required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships
• Strong customer service and results oriented, highly responsive to requests
