Job summary

Spring Fertility in Danville, AL is seeking an experienced RN for our onsite nursing team. You will deliver hands-on, compassionate care throughout the fertility treatment journey, upholding patient-centered excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week with early hours and occasional weekends/holidays, and compensation ranges from $55 to $60 per hour based on experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Active RN license in California is required.
• ACLS certification is required or preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Establish confidence, trust and a positive rapport with all of our patients.
• Case manage a large patient portfolio.
• Coordinate treatment for patients undergoing Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF and Egg Donation.
• Order time‑sensitive medications.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment.
