Job summary
US Fertility is seeking a Fertility RN Case Manager for its Shady Grove Fertility center in Sandy Springs, Georgia. You will coordinate fertility patient care, manage treatment plans, and support patients and families in a compassionate setting.
The role requires an RN license, at least 1 year of clinical RN experience, and familiarity with EMR systems. The position offers standard M-F hours with occasional weekends and a meaningful patient impact within a national network.
Qualifications
- RN license required and IVF/fertility experience a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience.
- Experience with electronic medical records is required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate fertility patient care, including case management and treatment.
- Educate patients on procedures and how to administer injections.
- Schedule treatments after initial and follow-up visits.
- Coordinate patient plans with established clinical protocols.
- Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and families.
